ORDERING

Discounting and promotion codes are not applicable on ‘Make it Yours’ orders
‘Make it Yours’ is only available on select products only.
Customers can choose up to 3 letters and or 1 icon.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure all details submitted are correct, including spelling, font colour and icon choice.  Irving & Powell will not be held responsible if the customer provides incorrect information.
Once a personalisation order is placed, this order is final and Irving & Powell is unable to amend any orders.

DELIVERY 

‘Make it Yours’ products will be shipped in 10 business days to your nominated address.

If your order contains non-personalised items, please consider ordering them separately to ensure a faster delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods.
Normal delivery fees apply.
