Hi there. I’m Vic.

I’ve worked in the fashion industry for over 20 years. And I’ve done it all. Starting on the shop floor, answering the phones in head office, jumping into support buying, transitioning over to sales and then jumping in to e-commerce.

I have lived for 10 years in New York, working for Ralph Lauren and then Tory Burch. And for the past 10 years I have owned and ran my own brand, Irving & Powell. Perfectly classic shirting and Australian Made clothing for Women.

My time at Irving & Powell deepened my love for brand creative and vision. Allowing me to grow and develop my experience in Art Direction, Production, Styling and Product Development.

At Irving & Powell I kept the tailoring simple. The fabrics natural. And colour was key. I believe great style should never look too much like hard work.

Personally, I take inspiration from the good things in life. Loads of stuff floats my boat. I’m fanatical about good coffee. I love eating whole-foods—but think fat is flavour. There’s basically nowhere I won't travel for a great ramen. Or gelato, for that matter. I love salty skin after a day at the beach. And a crisp martini at sundowners.
