- $5.00 flat rate standard shipping Australia wide for orders under $139
- $10.00 flat rate express shipping Australia wide for orders over $140

All orders are processed for delivery within 2-3 business days
Australian Delivery:
We send our orders out using Australia Post, all parcels have a tracking number which will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery takes approximately 2-5 days from date of postage, depending on your location.
You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect. Australia post will not leave the parcel unattended. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm mon-fri.

International delivery:
We send our orders out using International Registered Post, all parcels have a tracking number which will be sent to you when your order has shipped.
We are experiencing significant International delivery delays as a result of COVID-19. Estimated delivery times per location are as follows:
- New Zealand: 5-12 business days
- USA: 10-25 business days
- UK: 10-15 business days
- EU: 10-20 business days

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
